We collect very little, and nothing behind your back. Here is the whole picture, in plain English.

Who we are

IBO is an AI-native film studio operating at ibouniverse.com. Questions about anything on this page: message us on Instagram.

Analytics

We use PostHog to understand how the site is used. Our configuration is deliberately minimal:

• We record page views and a few named actions (like selecting a production package).
• Session recording is off. Automatic click-tracking is off.
• A random identifier is stored in your browser's localStorage — we do not use third-party advertising cookies.
• Standard technical details (browser, device type, country) accompany these events.
• Data is processed by PostHog in the United States.

We do not run ads, and we never sell your data.

Payments

Deposits are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them. Stripe shares with us what we need to run your project: your name, email, the package you chose, and the amount paid. Stripe's own practices are described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

What we don't collect

• No user accounts or passwords
• No newsletter or marketing lists
• No data brokers, no ad pixels, no cross-site tracking

Project material

Briefs, brand assets, and production material you share with us are used only to produce your project and are shared only with the team working on it.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete analytics data associated with your browser identifier or any project information we hold — message us on Instagram and we will take care of it. Blocking localStorage in your browser also stops analytics without breaking the site.

Changes

If our practices change, this page changes with them, including the effective date above.
